Appetite for Distraction – Another Day.

He wakes up. He cannot drive his car because he has the wrong kind of license so he has to take just the bus but it is cold so he has to wait by the cold bus stop and wait for the warm bus which takes a while to arrive and then he gets in the warm bus and curses his poor organisational skills and looks forward to his proper license and worries about his court date because ignorance is no defence in the lidless eyes of the law but he was ignorant so he has no defence. Then he gets to work and he eats some candy and he makes himself a sandwich and he makes himself a coffee and he plans out the day and he makes some pictures and he manages to fix a problem and he naps and he ponders this feeling of anhedonia that is not a feeling but a lack of any feelings and he talks to his friend which is pleasant and the eats some pizza and then he cycles home and it takes an hour which is longer than he thought because he thought it would take thirty minutes and his legs ache and his thighs ache and his calves ache and his buttocks ache and his skin is tingling and then he plays Fez and then he plays Braid and they are both beautiful games and then he reads some beautiful poetry and then he reads some of the Charlie Chaplin Autobiography that has just arrived at his house and then he worries about his finances and then he goes to sleep.
